Laminate floors left our feet dirty from residue!!! Stains on bedding were disappointing. The pool was tiny and murky, not inviting at all!!! Better cleaning and maintenance would significantly improve the experience here.

Our room was modern and huge with 2 queen beds. The location was magnificent close to the zoo. The hotel's staff was amiable.

Stayed for 3 nights in this nice place, truly enjoyed that. The room with 2 queen beds. The location was great and good for traveling around Cincinnati, adjacent to Cincinnati as well as downtown. Besides, it was 5 min drive to a sixth-oldest zoo.

Family with children, a solid choice

The rooms were really spacious like I wasn't expecting that,, and the full fridge and microwave were lifesavers for us and the kids. One time, the breakfast staff was so friendly, they even joked with my granddaughter about trying all the toppings for her waffles!

It was not cheap but still acceptable.

We greatly enjoyed rooms with 1 bed.

I enjoyed my stay. The spacious room had a full fridge and microwave. Breakfast was good, and my kids loved the indoor pool. Staff was friendly and willing to help. Good location, not too busy.

The indoor swimming pool was a perfect relaxation spot after a day of exploring! I loved lounging by the sun loungers, soaking up some rays. And a full kitchenette in my room made meal prep super easy and fun!

Spacious Standard Queen Room accommodated our family comfortably, with clean beds and a full kitchen setup with pots and pans. The breakfast was decent, and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The check-in experience was marred by a rude staff member, and communication regarding my payment was confusing. The staff's responsiveness could have been better .

Despite some challenges , like noisy neighbors and a slow check-in process, the room was spacious with great amenities. Take advantage of the full fridge and microwave. Try to visit the indoor pool early to avoid crowds. Hope for quieter nights!
